What we collect

When you order, we receive your email address and the details you enter at checkout: your name, sex at birth, date of birth, birth time (if given) and place of birth. Gumroad collects your payment details; we do not see or store your card number.

How we use it

Only to prepare and deliver your reading, to contact you about your order, and to handle support or refund requests. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for marketing.

Who processes it for us

• Gumroad: checkout and payment.
• Postmark: sending your delivery and order emails.
• Cloud hosting: our order system runs on a server hosted in Toronto, Canada.
• AI language model provider: your first name and birth details are sent to an AI service to help write your reading.

How long we keep it

If you fill in our order form but do not complete checkout, we delete what you entered within 30 days. We delete your order details about 90 days after delivery. Your download link stops working after 14 days. Email messages we exchange about your order may be kept as support records.
