What you are buying

One personal BaZi (Four Pillars) birth chart reading, written for the person whose birth details you provide, delivered as a PDF by email. Readings are for personal reflection and entertainment. They are not medical, legal or financial advice and do not predict outcomes with certainty.

Delivery

We email your reading to the address used at checkout within 24 hours of receiving your complete birth details. If we need to confirm something (for example an unclear birth place or time), we will email you and the 24 hours start once we have your answer. The download link is valid for 14 days; please save the PDF to your device.

Refunds

Refunds are not available for change of mind once your reading has been delivered, because each reading is created for one person.

If we cannot read your birth details or cannot prepare your reading, we will refund you in full.

Contact us within 7 days if something is wrong with your reading and we will make it right or refund you. Write to support@fourpillarsofyou.com with your order details.

Accuracy of your details

The reading is only as accurate as the birth details you enter. If your birth time is approximate, the hour pillar may differ from the true one; the book explains this.

Payment

Payments are processed by Gumroad under its own terms. Prices are shown in Canadian dollars.
